Of course there would be the time when you want to share the model with someone who doesn't have Vray, I guess, and maybe that's one reason. Change ASSIGN RENDER to V-Ray as production render. Render from different camera view and see if the objects are still hidden. Change the material of the object thats not rendering (wall, floor, etc.) and see if that fixes it.
